Instead of black Friday shopping we had Field Friday Fun Day!!  Went out to Aunt Jan & Uncle Ron's farm, after lunch we got to go exploring through the corn fields!!  (that's their dog Dutch, guess his name is Dutch cuz as a pup he was always "in Dutch")

We ran through the fields & then got on the "trail" where Mumzi used to cross country ski & snowmobile as a kid.

Then we got into the woods!!  There were ALL KINDS of great smells!!!  

                                                 FREE FRIDAY!!!!!!

 Mac & Dutch even flushed out a deer!!  I wasn't close enough, so I missed it. 

Two hours of racing through field & forest....boy am I pooped!!!!  Wagga-Wag  It's definitely time for Ni' Ni' Bay-Bay!!  Zzzzzzzz

 Happy Thanksgiving!!!  Uncle John & Auntie Marci have a bird feeder on their deck, you know what that means don't you??   BIRDS!!!

  John was real anxious to get us boys out to walk & play, he hasn't had a dog since their Irish Setter Ginger, & that was when Mumzi was a little kid!  So he gets his dog-fix when we're around.  It's a big job, but somebody's gotta do it!!

 This crazy piece of playground equipment was like if a teeter-totter had a baby with the dog walk!!  It went up & down as we walked the lumpy-bumpies.  I wasn't too keen on it but Mumzi made us both do it several times, said it was good for us to practice our balance!!

 And then after some off-leash play & playground equipment fun-time we walked back home for a big Turkey lunch!  PS  before dinner don'tcha just know that Uncle John wanted to go again!!  But let me tell you, by then the weather wasn't NEARLY as nice!  Happy Turkey Day!!   Wooooooo Wooooo!

City Boys go to the Country!

 A lovely Sunday morning to be country dogs!  We went "hiking at the lake" 

We did some Geese Watching......

 

 We had a demo on skipping rocks....

Z Pug did some "rock climbing".....

 And then we got to run off-leash & free!!!

 Exploring 5 acres of country living!!!!  Making for the Most Marvelous Sunday!! 

 I was a 4H show dog for the first time this year!!!  I got to show at TWO different fairs!!

It was hard to concentrate on the outdoor agility field with all the bird smells....the judge giggled cuz she knew 

I also did showmanship like the fancy show dogs!!

 The dog walk is my favorite contact obstacle!  Would you believe the collapsed tunnel is my favorite-favorite obstacle??!?

 I must say we make a pretty GOOD team!  We got FOUR Purple Ribbons (the best you can get!!)

 

Being a show dog sure is EXHAUSTING, I dunno how the pros do it!!! 

This is Stella Ellen, she lives next door.  I wuv her & she wuvs me!

 

 We LOVE it when she comes over to PLAY!!  We   R-A-C-E around the yard rammin' & jammin' & WWF Wrestling!!

She plays with Mac some (mostly so she doesn't hurt his feelings)

But she LOVES playing with ME best!!  She tries to chase me, but I'm too fast, when I let her catch me we wrestle!!  (she's better at it, she's built for it) but it's sooooo much fun!!  WooooWooo

Odin tried to join, but he decided he's not much of an action-adventure dog. . . .

He decided he's more of a watch tv & vegg out kind of dog!!

Twas the night before Christmas & all through the house. . . . Not a creature was stirring

Too Tired to Open presents. . . .(too nice not to rollerblade---we went 18 miles in 2 days)

Santa got US a gift too!!!!
